Read the liability waiver & vendor terms

1. Assumption of risk. I understand that participating in an outdoor market involves inherent risks (weather, physical activity, interaction with the public), and I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child.

2. Release of liability. I release The Kid Table, Esther & Co., and the host church/venue from responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence.

3. Parent/guardian supervision. I understand my child must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the event. The Kid Table and Esther & Co. do not provide childcare or supervision.

4. Vendor conduct. My child's business and any items sold will be family-appropriate and in keeping with the spirit of the event. The organizers reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove inappropriate items.

5. Setup & breakdown. Vendors agree to arrive at the designated setup time, remain for the full market, and break down and clear their space promptly at the end.

6. Payment & cancellation. If selected, the administrative fee and any equipment fees are due within 48 hours of notification to confirm your spot. Fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, except in case of event cancellation by the organizers.

7. Property. Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, cash, and belongings. The Kid Table and Esther & Co. are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Power. No electricity is provided. If your booth needs power, please bring your own battery-powered source.

9. Weather. This is a rain-or-shine event. If the market must be postponed due to weather, vendors will have the option to attend a rescheduled date or receive credit toward a future market. No refunds will be given for weather-related postponement.

10. Tent safety. Any tent brought or rented must be properly weighted on all four corners (Arizona wind can be strong) — weights will be checked before the market opens.

11. Stay the full event. Vendors are asked to remain set up for the entire market. Packing up early affects the experience for shoppers and other vendors.

12. Licensing. Vendors are responsible for having any required licenses, permits, or insurance for their business or products.
